Empowering Educators at FETC with Hands-On Coding

At this year’s Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC), creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning were front and center!

We’re excited to highlight Ozobot Certified Educator Zee Ann Poerio, who co-led an interactive workshop bringing coding and computational thinking to life with Ozobot. Her session showcased exactly what we value: structured, accessible lessons teachers can launch with confidence.

Small Robots. Big Possibilities

In Ms. Poerio’s session, educators got hands-on with Ozobot Evo, diving into both screen-free Color Codes and onscreen Blockly programming. From foundational coding lessons to cross-curricular activities in math, literacy, and STEM, participants discovered how easily these tiny robots engage students, while supporting differentiated, future-ready learning.

Learning, Sharing, and Growing Together

FETC is more than a conference, it’s a community of educators just like our very own Zee Ann Poerio, who are passionate about innovation, the exchange of new ideas, and celebrating hands-on learning.

When educators leave feeling inspired and confident, students feel it too—and that’s where real magic begins!
