IL After School Programs – Non-School Districts FY26 Grant
State: Illinois
Grant funds academically focused after-school and out-of-school opportunities in a safe and healthy environment to provide activities and support that are expected to improve student academic achievement as well as overall student success. Each grantee must propose to serve a population of students that is at least 90% low-income.

Comprehensive Literacy State Development Subgrant K-12 FY26
State: Ohio
The funding will support Ohio teachers in providing effective literacy instruction to help students maximize their reading and writing skills. Subgrants through this Request for Applications will be awarded in three age groups, including kindergarten to grade 5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12.

Iowa STEM Best Program (New and Returning Schools)

The goal of the STEM BEST® Program is to support the launch of new or expanded STEM BEST® K-12 Program models specifically focused on creating work-based and career connected learning opportunities that allow students to develop future-focused, high-demand skills through real-world experiences. These future-focused skills align with the Iowa Academic Standards Universal Constructs and create opportunities for students to become leaders and innovators of a future-focused Iowa.

Iowa STEM Teacher Award

Iowa STEM is proud to honor teachers who inspire Iowa’s students to develop a passion for STEM subjects. This award is for teachers making a significant difference in the lives of students across the state by providing excellent curriculum, encouraging lifelong learning and inspiring a passion for STEM beyond the classroom and into the future.
The Iowa STEM Teacher Award, sponsored by Google, honors one teacher from each of the six STEM regions for their contribution and dedication to STEM education in Iowa. Each recipient receives a monetary gift of $1,500 for personal use and a second of $1,500 to be used in their classroom.
