The school year may be over but that didn’t stop these young coders from having their summer of STEAM! This month was filled with lessons ranging from the basics of coding to a Minecraft obstacle and even Evo going to space!
These students went straight to space at summer camp! They got to learn about the Solar System and the planets’ orbits with their bots and codes.
In Palm Beach County, these students rocked their robotics club on coding day with Evo and Ozobot Blockly! They created a real life obstacle built with cones and blocks. What a huge feat to code through!
At Camp Wonder, Ms. Russo’s students had a blast with their bots! From racing to color codes, they had an exciting time learning the basics of coding.
Evo’s Journey Through Shapes and Codes!
Mrs. Oliverio’s class took their bots on a journey to learn the world of color codes. They all created their own maps showcasing a variety of shapes and codes–what creative and independent young minds!Â
Mr. Huff’s SLC students have been learning about patterns in nature with the help of Evo. They navigated their way through bird’s nests and other obstacles using color codes!
Thank you to all our educators who shared their students’ creations. We love seeing all of your ideas and creativity! Keep the wonderful ideas and STEAM activities coming, and be sure to tag @Ozobot or #Ozobot in your posts this summer for a chance to be featured in our next roundup of #OzoThings.
